Hi! My name is Shannon Masanque RN, BSN, CHPN! I have been an RN for 15 years. I spent 10 years as a surgical RN at Barnes Jewish Hospital. During this time, I married my husband of 12 years, and had two amazing boys, Gabriel (10), and Caleb (8). I finally dove into the world of hospice 6 years ago. Hospice is where my passion lies. I had the pleasure of working at BJC’s Hospice House “Evelyn’s House” for four years taking care of patients in hospice care and was eventually promoted to Supervisor of the hospice referral coordinators in the BJC hospital system. There is nothing more rewarding than helping to provide someone dignity and comfort at the end of life and I am so grateful to he doing what I love to do!
